New technique exploration with Graphic Designer Kelli Anderson. The goal is to bring a more analog feel to the world of animation by combining it with risograph print. This workshop was in collaboration with the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Process
With a frame by frame animation I created contact sheets separated them by four color ways. Then ran them individually through the Epson printer on textured paper to get an enhanced analog effect. I also manipulated the printed contact sheet before scanning it back in to enhance the tangible feel of the piece.
